Little Saigon – My favorite vietnamese in town

Last Saturday I decided to go to this cozy vietnamese restaurant in the China town of Amsterdam with a friend. I already knew Little Saigon because it’s where I always order Pho to take away. They always bring me huge bowls of soup and noodles with a lot of fresh garnish vegetable. I ordered more than 100 times to take away, but believe it or not, never been to the restaurant before, so it was about time, right? Ramen – Ya Restaurant

In the heart of Amsterdam you´ll find one of my favorite ramen restaurants, Ramen – Ya. It´s conveniently located near the Dam square and the red light district, so it´s a great place to go after a long walk discovering Amsterdam (especially in those days of cold and rain). They are specialized in Hakata style ramen, which is a local variety of Japanese ramen. The broth is really creamy, thick and rich (is based upon pork bones and boiled for several hours), and the noodles are straight, firm and thin . The restaurant is very is spacious and Service is friendly and fast, they do their best to make you…
